Refunds
The Supporter Pack unlocks at once. If you change your mind, you can still have your money back.
- A full refund is available within 14 days of paying, for any reason.
- To ask for one, reply to the receipt email Stripe sent you when you paid, or write to the support address shown on it. Say which account the pack is on.
- The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
- Once refunded, the pack is removed from your account: the themes go back to Classic and the star is taken off.
- After 14 days, a refund is still possible where the law gives you one, for example if the pack does not work.
