Terms of use
Evolved 2048 is a free puzzle game. These terms cover playing it, having an account, and buying the Supporter Pack.
Playing and accounts
- The whole game is free to play, with or without an account.
- An account puts your ranked games on the leaderboard under your display name. Choose a name that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else; a name that breaks this may be changed or the account removed.
- Ranked games are checked by the game's server. A score reached by changing the game or its messages may be removed.
- You can delete your account at any time in the game, under your account.
The Supporter Pack
- The Supporter Pack is provided by Bizibridge (Estonia). It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- The payment is taken on Stripe's own checkout page. Where that page says the order is sold through Link, Link (a Stripe service) is the reseller: it charges you, works out the VAT, and its terms also apply to the payment.
- It gives your account 3 extra cube colour themes, a star by your name on the leaderboard, and the choice to be named on the supporters list. It changes nothing in the rules or the score.
- The price is shown in euros before you pay, with VAT included. You may choose to pay more than the base price; every amount gets the same pack.
- Evolved 2048 never sees your card details.
- The pack unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed. It belongs to the account you bought it with and cannot be moved to another account.
- A full refund is available within 14 days of paying; see Refunds. A refunded pack is removed from the account.
The game itself
- The game is offered as it is. It may change, and features may be added or removed; the pack's themes and star stay for as long as the game runs.
